8) Proof of spade/neutered pets, age of pets, and bread of pets from veterinarian required.
9) For ESA, a Reasonable Accommodation Letter is required.
10) Breed of Dogs and Other pets not accepted:
A) Ferrets
B) Dangerous Reptiles
C) Breeds- Pit Bulls/ Rottweiler/ Chow Chow. Doberman Pinschers/ Siberian Huskies/ Wolf-Hybrids/ Alaskan Malamutes/ Presa Canarios/ Akitas/ American Stafford Terriers/ Boxes and Mastiffs.
11)  Previous Foreclosures in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification.
