To sublet a property is in violation of the Housing Rental Agreement and is grounds for termination.

Moving in pets not included on the lease is grounds for termination.
No unnecessary noise from 9:00pm- 9:00am.
No holes or self-adhesive hooks in or on metal and or cupboards.
No smoking on the premises.
Number of occupants are as follows: Every dwelling must contain a minimum gross floor area not less than 150 square feet for the first occupant and 100 square feet for each additional occupant. Every room occupied for sleeping purposes by one occupant shall contain at least 70 square feed of floor area, and every room occupied for sleeping purposes by more than one person shall contain at least 50 square feet floor area for each occupant.
