Andy, a native of Star, Idaho, has always been synonymous with dedication. With a career spanning two decades as an automotive technician, he's no stranger to the demands of hard work. Venturing beyond, he took the entrepreneurial leap, establishing his own handyman and remodeling service. His business thrived, catering not only to Morehouse Property Management but also to a diverse clientele including real estate professionals, other management firms, and homeowners.

Known for giving his all—110% to be exact—Andy has a knack for comprehending the intricacies of home mechanics. This insight is invaluable, often translating into cost and time efficiencies when coordinating with subcontractors.

Throughout 2023, Andy diligently shadowed Ray Morehouse, gaining insights into the business. He's also been the supportive partner and confidant to Cassie, as she expertly managed properties over the past dozen years. With the impending retirement of Ray and Beth, Andy was the natural choice to co-pilot the family enterprise alongside Cassie, ensuring the continued delivery of top-notch services to both investors and tenants.

Cassie's roots run deep in Boise, Idaho, where she's a proud fourth-generation native and the third in line to carry on her family's real estate legacy, succeeding her father, Ray Morehouse, and grandmother, Alice Gonzolez. Her passion for real estate sparked at an early age, leading her to join her parents' property management venture in 2005. Since then, she's been a dedicated full-timer in the industry.

In 2011, Cassie and her husband Andy tied the knot and soon embarked on their parenting journey, welcoming three children: Abraham, Ezekiel, and Alice. As her parents, Ray and Beth, approached retirement, it was a natural choice for Cassie to step up and steer Morehouse Property Management, upholding its foundation of integrity and excellence.

Understanding the critical role of a property manager, Cassie is meticulous about home maintenance and tenant selection, ensuring that only the most responsible occupants make the cut. This approach has cultivated a record of reliable tenants, minimal turnover, and impeccable property conditions post-tenancy.

With nearly two decades of navigating the ups and downs of the housing market, Cassie stands prepared to guide her clients through any economic climate, armed with expertise and a commitment to their success.

Our goal is to own and operate a business that we have fun at and enjoy going to work to each day. This attitude has made us a successful and thriving small business. The size of our company compared to some of our competition has given us an edge in that we can offer more personalized service to the property owner as well as our tenants that others struggle to do.

Our business is operated by me, Cassie and my husband Andy. We have been able to realize what most couples only dream of and that is to work together in our own company.
