We require a completed application and $27 non-refundable application fee ($1 Pay Pal Convenience Fee) for each applicant 18 years and older that will reside at the rental property. Once you submit your application fee via PayPal, you will be redirected back to this site so you can complete the online application. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. This form and all of the data it collects is protected with state-of-the-art, SSL encryption to protect your information. None of the fields submitted on this form will ever be sent through email, and your private information is kept secure.
Reminder: Each applicant 18 years or older will need to fill out a separate application. If your electronic payment is not submitted, your application processing will be delayed.
If you do not wish to make an online payment do not use this form. Instead please print and fill out the PDF copy and mail it along with the $27 application fee or bring to our office in person. Please fill out the form as completely as possible.
